With her sister, Agni Pratistha Arkadewi (Putri Indonesia 2006), Sigi run her career in modeling through Look Models Agency. Sigi who has win GADIS Sampul in 1999, starting her act debut in film Tentang Dia that directed by Rudy Soedjarwo. Even though it's her first movie, Sigi's acting skill is appreciated with the best actress nominee in Piala Citra Festival Film Indonesia (FFI) 2005. She also chosen as the Best New Comer in Indonesian Movie Awards (IMA) 2007 dan Aktris Terpuji nominee in Festival Film Bandung 2005.
Following, she has plays in several movie as Kalau Cinta Jangan Cengeng (2009), Krazy Crazy Krezy (2009), Rumah Dara (2010), and Affair (2010).
