Marshanda

Andriani "Chacha" Marshanda (born August 10, 1989, in Jakarta) is an Indonesian actress, singer, commercials, and presenter.  

Marshanda accidentally started her career in advertising since 1st grade Elementary School, when she accompany her aunt Chintya Rustam, a famous Indonesian model, to the advertising agency Citra Lintas. Apparently got there, Marshanda asked to be included casting. In 1997 Marshanda was chosen as a star of Bank Danamon's advertising campaign. Following her first ads, Marshanda also starred in several television commercials and print media, including Filma, Cadbury Eclairs, Supermi Ayam Bawang, Es Mony, Tango Wafer, Chicken Nuggets, Carvil Millenium, Susu Bendera, Belia Cosmetics, Emeron, Bank Tamara and Vaseline.  

Marshanda next career plunge into the soap operas. Her name rose when she played as Lala in sinteron Bidadari. Chacha next soap operas are Bidadari 2, Keluargaku Mata Hatiku, Kisah Sedih di Hari Minggu, Kisah Kasih di Sekolah, Kisah Kasih di Sekolah 2, Adam dan Hawa, Manis dan Sayang, Hikmah 2, Putri Yang Terbuang, Soleha, Aqso dan Madina, Benci Bilang Cinta, Maha Kasih, Maha Cinta, Hingga Akhir Waktu, Cinta Bunga, Legenda, Anak Cucu Adam, Sejuta Cinta Marshanda, and Dari Sujud Ke Sujud. She also starred severals movies titled Petualangan 100 Jam (2005) and Kalau Cinta Jangan Cengeng (2009).  

Marshanda who idolizes Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and M2M are fond of singing since childhood in addition to participate in Paranadjaja vocal exercises and ballet lessons. However, she is still not confident with her ability to sing, so she is sometimes still shy to sing in front of crowds. As a singer she has released 6 compilation albums (Allah yang Kucintai, Best Of Female Idol, Broken Heart, Broken Heart Vol. 002, Now and Forever, and Dua Belas Lagu Islami Terbaik) and also 2 solo albums are Bidadari and Marshanda

In April 2, 2011,  Marshanda got married with Ben Kasyafani, an Indonesian presenter, actor, and MTV VJ.

Laura Basuki

Laura Basuki (born January 8, 1988, in Berlin, Germany) is an Indonesian model, actress, and presenter

Born to an Indonesian father (Wibowo Basuki) and Vietnamese mother (Kieu Tien Basuki), Laura Basuki began her modeling career when she enrolled at the OQ modeling school, set up by former model Okky Asokawati, in 2005. At 174 centimeters and 49 kilograms, her physical attributes were just perfect. 

Laura Basuki made her fashion show debut by joining a bridal fashion parade by Biyan Wanaatmadja in 2006.  Her face soon began to grace many women’s and lifestyle magazines. 

Laura Basuki beautiful face that appeared in a magazine caught attention of prominent filmmaker-producer-scriptwriter Nia Dinata to cast her in her movie Gara-gara Bola (Because of Soccer) in 2008.  In the film, Laura really caught movie-lovers’ attentions through her role as a sassy, spoiled, rebellious and sexually active high school student. In her first-ever film, she was daring to perform kissing scenes with co-star Herjunot Ali. 

At that time, Laura Basuki had zero acting experience. For the film, she learned acting for a month under the supervision of an acting coach from the Jakarta Arts Institute (IKJ). But Laura proved that she was a talented newcomer by snatching two awards at the 2009 Indonesia Movie Awards for two categories: best newcomer and most favorite newcomer. 

After her triumph, Laura Basuki worked on her second movie 3 Hati, Dua Dunia, Satu Cinta (Three Hearts, Two Worlds, One Love) alongside young actor Reza Rahardian and veteran actress Ira Wibowo. This Movie, directed by Benni Setiawan, received seven awards out of 14 nominations at the 2010 Indonesian Film Festival (FFI), including for the best film, best adapted scenario, best artistic arrangement, best actor, best supporting actor awards and best director. 

Laura Basuki has proven that in her young age she has talent and skill, placing her name at the same level as other top models in the country, and starring in some commercials for cosmetics products (Shinzui and Clean & Clear) and soda drinks (Coca Cola). Besides strutting her way from one runway to another, and filming made-for-TV movies and TV ads, she also has started to spread her wings as a presenter. What a talented girl. The Lovely Calm Face of Fanny Fabriana

Fanny Fabriana (born in Bandung, on January 29, 1985) is an Indonesian model, actress, and presenter.

Fanny Fabriana started her career in entertainment business as a model. Fanny named as winner of Cover Girl Majalah Aneka in 1999 and Top Model Indonesia in 2002. Her lovely calm face soon become publicly  popular and its made Fanny gain several bids as product endorser, such as Pocari Sweat (sports drink), Top (chocolate), Citra (body lotion), and Capilanos (candy).

From modeling, this SMUN 20 Bandung alumni started to gain more popularity in acting. Fanny's acting debut shows in soap opera Peman Kampus/Galang, but her name started known as actress when she played as Jingga in soap opera titled Pink. Since then she starred other soap operas like Mat Grobak, Naila, Peri Sok Gaul, Janji Jaya, Antri Dong and Sopir Juga Manusia. Fanny Fabriana also starred several movies are Preman In Love (2009), Serigala Terakhir (2009), Hari Untuk Amanda (2010), Sehidup (Tak) Semati (2010), I Know What You Did on Facebook (2010), Jakarta Maghrib (2011), and Lost in Papua (2011).

Alexandra Gottardo

Alexandra Gottardo or usually nicknamed Ria or Xandra (born in Malang, Jawa Timur, January 9th 1985) is an Indonesian model, presenter, and actress. 

These daughter of  Carlo Gottardo dan Banik Ekawati has starred some soap opera such as Dan, Karena Cinta, Si Yoyo, Cinta Memang Gila, Cinta Remaja, Makin Sayang, Malin Kundang, Intan, Penyihir Cinta, Maha Cinta, Cinta 2020, Sherina, Roman Picisan, Perempuan, Al-Kautsar and many more.

The Italian-Indonesian mixed who love reggae and latin music is also has starred several movies titled Anak-anak Borobudur (2007), Medley (2007), Suami-suami Takut Istri The Movie (2008), and Tanah Air Beta (2010). 

In the past, Alexandra Gottardo has a relationship with ex-drummer of Dewa 19 band, Tyo Nugros. And now Xandra connected to a younger man than she is, Samuel Zylgwyn, an Indonesian model and actor.

Najwa Shihab

Najwa Shihab was born in Makassar on September 16, 1977. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Indonesia, majoring in litigation. Najwa is second daughter of  Quraisy Shihab, former Indonesian Religion Minister. She speaks fluently both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Najwa Shihab or usually called with Nana began her career as a reporter with RCTI in Jakarta. She joined Metro TV in August 2000. During the past six years, Shihab has covered the country's major stories, including the first interview with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono after taking office, and an exclusive conversation with Malaysia's former deputy prime minister Anwar Ibrahim shortly after his release from prison.

Najwa anchors Metro TV's primetime evening news program "Metro Hari Ini". The daily one-hour live broadcast focuses on Indonesia's top news stories and people. She also hosts the network's primetime talk show "Today's Dialogue", the weekly interactive program "Padamu Negeri" and "Save Our Nation," a weekly newsmakers forum. She also has her own talk show titled "Mata Najwa".

During the 2004 presidential election, Shihab co-anchored "Pentas Kandidat", which was named "Best Television Election Talk Show" by Indonesia's Media Coalition for Clean Election. She also hosted a live special focusing on high-profile court cases including the Bali bombing trial, Akbar Tanjung proceedings, and the Tommy Soeharto's trial.

In 2005, Najwa Shihab was named as "Best TV Anchor/Reporter" by an Indonesia journalists association  for her work in the 2004 tsunami that hit Aceh and Nias. [source : Najwa]

Marissa Nasution

Marissa Nasution or popularly known as VJ Marissa (born in Jakarta, on February 8, 1986) is an Indonesian actress, model and presenter.

Marissa started her career through a competition named MTV VJ Hunt 2007. Although she didn't won the competition, she still got the job as Guest VJ and then full time VJ in MTV Indonesia.

With beautiful face, long dark brown hair, and 174 cm in heights, Marissa known as a model either. In modeling, Marissa named as Fashion and Runaway Model in Jakarta, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. Marissa also known as video clip model for Sonet2Band music videos.

Zivanna Letisha Siregar

Zivanna Letisha Siregar (called Zizi, born in Jakarta, February 16, 1989), is an Indonesian Beauty Queen. She was crowned as Puteri Indonesia 2008 on August 15, 2008 by her predecessor, Putri Raemawasti and she has a chance to compete at Miss Universe 2009 Pageant in Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas, as the representative of Indonesia. Although, she was one of the favorites to enter the semi-finals by many pageant sites, she failed to make it to the Top 15.

She is the former winner of Elite Model Look Indonesia, and competed in Elite Model Look Asia Pacific 2006 in China. She is a student at University of Indonesia, majoring in economics. She hopes to be an economist in the future. She is currently working as a news presenter on Indonesian TV station SCTV.

She was named as "Ambassador for Orangutans" and has visiting the Orangutan Foundation International’s Orangutan Care Center and Quarantine in Pasir Panjang as well as Camp Leakey in Tanjung Puting National Park to publicize the plight of wild orangutan populations and their habitat, tropical rain forest, in Sumatra and Borneo.
